Alexis

Alexis is a Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation teacher, astrologer, and lifelong student with a foundation in Vinyasa, Hatha and Kundalini yoga. Through movement, meditation and the breath she seeks to bring clarity, alignment and peace to each student’s mind, body and spirit. In Hatha classes we will move through yoga sequences with Pranayama and dynamic breathwork woven throughout with a short meditation at the end. Hatha yoga works with the vital life force energy, Prana, to align body, mind and spirit and return the yogis to their true nature of bliss, peace, joy and play. In Vinyasa classes we will flow through yoga poses with breathwork woven throughout each sequence of poses and a short meditation at the end of class. Vinyasa yoga works with the essence of flow, moving through each sequence guided by the dance between the breath and the body, bringing the yogi into a clear, energized yet peaceful state. Each class also depends on the energy of the students! Alexis teaches to the level of the class, always offering modifications and variations to make the poses accessible to students from beginner to advanced, while weaving in the philosophy of the yoga practice along the way. Trained in Anusara Vinyasa Yoga (Blue Sky Yoga, NY, 2011-2012), Aircat Aerial Yoga (CO, 2014), JB SUP Yoga (NY, 2015), Kundalini Yoga (Soul of Yoga, CA, 2015) Hatha Yoga (Sanskar Yoga, Rishikesh, India 2016), Astrology (Sanskar Yoga, Rishikesh, India 2016), Ayurvedic Marma Point Massage (Brahaman Yoga, Rishikesh, India 2016), Reiki I, II, III (Brahaman Yoga, Rishikesh, India 2016), Buddhist Meditation (Bogahawatta Temple, Ahangama, Sri Lanka, 2017).

Vibe

Vibe, yoga teacher, practitioner and forever eager student. I’ve spent my entire adulthood as a teacher. Graduating with a BA in Social Education and specializing in Early Childhood Development from University in Copenhagen Denmark, teaching and sharing knowledge is my true passion. Through the years of my yoga journey I am proud to be a graduate of 65hrs Yin Yoga by Yoga Unlimited (2018), 200hrs Vinyasa Yoga by Nexus Institute (2021), 50hrs Introduction to Ashtanga by Kai Yoga (2021), 200hrs Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga by Om & Flow Yoga (2023), training in Yoga Nidra, Facial Yoga and Usui Reiki Healing also by Om & Flow Yoga (2023). Alignment serves as the foundation of my teachings, as it empowers us to establish a solid and stable base in each pose. By honing our awareness of alignment, we optimize the body's natural alignment, unlocking its potential for strength, flexibility, and balance. We learn to align our bones, engage our muscles, and create a sustainable and supportive structure that allows us to delve deeper into our practice with confidence. Throughout my teachings, we will delve into the intricate details of each asana, uncovering the subtle nuances that can make a world of difference in our yoga practice. By refining our alignment, we not only cultivate a stronger physical practice but also foster a deeper connection between our body, mind, and breath. Join me on this transformative journey as we explore the power of body alignment and cultivate a harmonious connection between body, mind, and spirit. I seek to hold space for a nurturing and inclusive environment that welcomes practitioners of all levels.

Angie

Angie is a Yoga and Meditation teacher and student, with a deep foundation in the Tibetan Buddhist path. She seeks to transmit through her classes this philosophy as a path to Genuine Happiness that we all have access to and that resides within us. Graduated in an Argentinian Yoga school (2016-2018) as well certificated in Aerial yoga by Air fit (2022) and Circasana (2023).
